At Baradine Central School, we offer a variety of programs in the classroom and across the school to help students build new skills, make friends and explore new interests.
Our programs may include:
- Career choices through Dubbo School Distance Education, EVET, TVET, Vet, Vet, Tafe Courses & School Based Apprenticeship Training

Our extra-curricular highlights
Stephanie Alexander Kitchen Garden
Our Primary students are very lucky to participate each week in this program, which is a comprehensive cooking and gardening program.
Creative and performing arts
Our drama, music and art programs help students be creative and express themselves. They can join in concerts, art shows and drama activities.
Programs like Morrambilla Voices and Taiko Drums,fosters creativity, confidence and cultural experiences through music and dance.
Trips and excursions
Our students at BCS both Primary and Secondary have some fantastic opportunities with excursions.

Infants travel to Dubbo to experience live shows.

Primary go to Sydney/Canberra alternate years.

Year 7 students attend a get to know you camp.

Teddy Bears Picnic in the Warrumbungle National Park!
Students have great and fun opportunities to experience activities in our great outdoors.
Jack, Dallas and Armie joined Dee-Jay, Tiger, Edgar and Slater to form the combined Baradine CS and Gulargambone CS under 14’s team who placed first in the Under 14 competition on the day. Their hard work and commitment have earned them a place in the State Finals, which will be held in Dubbo on Wednesday, 2nd September.
We are incredibly proud of all the players and coaches for this fantastic result and wish the U14 team the very best as they prepare to compete against the best teams in the state.
